Make complexity feel simple.

Your business has enough moving parts. Oslosis brings them together — connecting the tools you rely on, building what’s missing, and making daily work easier for the people doing it.

Where we start

Tell us what feels harder than it should.

  • A slow quote.
  • Information in five places.
  • A handoff that keeps falling through.

We’ll find the friction and build a better way through it.

Let’s make it easier

What we do

Broad enough to fix the whole problem. Focused enough to finish it.

Most projects start in operations and touch a few of these areas. One person leads your project from the first conversation to handover, so nothing gets lost between specialists.

  1. Operations & custom systems

Quoting, inventory, dispatch, scheduling, follow-up: the work that piles up on an owner’s desk. We map how work actually moves today, then build the tools and routines that keep it moving.

    • Quotes, price books, and order intake
    • Inventory you can see at a glance
    • Dispatch and scheduling that don’t live in one person’s head
    • Follow-up that happens without a reminder
    • Simple reporting you’ll actually read
  2. Websites & software

Thoughtful design, an excellent frontend, and a solid backend. Fast, accessible websites and web apps that are easy to run, connected to the tools you already use, with the repetitive steps automated.

    • Websites that load fast and say clearly what you do
    • Customer and staff portals that work on a phone
    • Integrations between the tools you already pay for
    • Automation for the steps your team repeats every day
  3. AI integration & data

Practical tools for specific problems: turning price lists and PDFs into clean data, drafting routine replies, finding answers in your own records. A person reviews what matters, and your data goes only where you’ve agreed it can.

    • Clean data from PDFs, emails, and spreadsheets
    • Drafting help, with a person approving
    • Search across your own documents
    • Data cleanup and migration
  4. Security & reliability

Defensive reviews, testing, and QA so the systems you depend on keep working. Security testing happens only on systems you own or are authorized to test, under a written scope agreed up front.

    • Security reviews of websites, apps, and code
    • Accounts, access, and multi-factor sign-in
    • Backups and recovery you’ve actually tested
    • Testing and QA before anything ships
  5. Creative & audio workflows

Where it fits, we bring the same care to creative production, automating the repetitive parts so the people doing the craft can focus on it.

    • Audio assembly with loudness and quality checks
    • DAW automation and side-by-side review packages
    • Local-first processing for files that shouldn’t leave the building
    • Design systems and brand assets

How we work

Plain steps. No surprises.

Every engagement follows the same simple path, sized to the problem in front of us.

  1. Talk

A conversation about what’s breaking and what it’s costing you. If it’s a fit, we’ll say so. If it isn’t, we’ll say that too, and point you somewhere better if we can.

  2. Map

We look at how the work moves today (the tools, spreadsheets, and workarounds), then put a plan in writing: what we’d change, what it costs, and what’s out of scope.

  3. Build

We build in small, working steps you can see and use early, with regular check-ins. You always know what’s done, what’s next, and what’s been spent.

  4. Hand over

Documentation, training, and access set up so your team can run it without us. Ongoing support is there if you want it, never required.

What you can count on

  • The person you talk to does the work. Founder-led means no hand-off after the first call.
  • Scope and price in writing. Agreed before any work starts.
  • Your data stays yours. Least access, careful handling, nothing shared without your say.
  • A person checks the AI. Nothing it produces reaches a customer or a decision unreviewed.
  • Tested before it ships. And documented when it does.
  • Straight answers. If something isn’t worth building, we’ll tell you.

About

A new company, led by the person doing the work.

Hello, I’m Eli Pilosof. I take on the work that sits on the owner: quoting, inventory, dispatch, and the follow-up that doesn’t get done.

Oslosis is founder-led. When you work with us, you work directly with me, from the first conversation through handover. The measure of success is simple: your week gets shorter, and it stays that way.

We’re new, so you won’t find client logos or borrowed numbers here. What you will find is a clear account of what we do, how we work, and a direct line to the person doing it.

Eli Pilosof Founder

Based in Somerville, Massachusetts. Working with businesses across Canada and the US, and in person around Greater Boston.

Questions

Good to know

Who do you work with?

Owner-led businesses where the owner or operations lead is carrying too much of the week: distributors and wholesalers, trades and field services, property managers, manufacturers, and service firms. Not sure you fit? Ask, and we’ll tell you honestly.

Do we have to replace the software we already use?

Usually not. We start with what you have (your accounting system, spreadsheets, email, and the tools your team already knows) and fix the gaps around it. We recommend replacing something only when it’s clearly worth the disruption.

How does pricing work?

After a first conversation, you get a written scope and price before any work begins. Bigger projects are broken into phases, so you’re never committing to more than you can see.

Where does AI fit in?

Only where it clearly helps: reading documents, drafting routine messages, finding information in your own records. A person reviews anything that matters, and your data goes only where you’ve agreed it can. Plenty of good fixes don’t need AI at all.

Where are you based?

Somerville, Massachusetts. We work with clients across Canada and the US, mostly remotely, and we’re glad to meet in person around Greater Boston.

What happens after I get in touch?

Eli reads every message and replies personally. If it sounds like a fit, the next step is a short call about what’s breaking. If it doesn’t, we’ll say so and, where we can, point you to someone who can help.
